From that foundation — with real rentals, real spatial constraints— the first floorplan, Handrawn conceptual & 3D model is built.. Two to three layout versions comparing elements side by side

For multi-day celebrations, high-complexity design, or when you want a dedicated creative consultant who stays in the project from concept through execution day. The difference between this and Visualization is time. Design Partner stays — handling design-related email, communication, selections, production checks & substitutions. catching misinterpretations, keeping the vendor team visually aligned across months.

Ongoing vendor coordination
Design-related communication throughout the planning season. When a stationer interprets the brief differently, or a rental company offers alternatives — I handle the design conversation, keeping everything aligned to one vision.
Extended iteration & oversight
Not limited to fixed rounds. As the project evolves, the design evolves with it — responsive to what changes, what arrives, and what gets decided along the way.
Wedding day presence
Active creative coordination on the day — making sure every design decision, every last-minute change, lands exactly as planned.
