Personal data is collected and used exclusively in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / DSGVO) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Baxter St, Suite 200, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit our website, Vercel may process your IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamp in server log files. This is necessary for the delivery of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in a stable and secure website).

4. Contact form

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the contents of your message. This data is processed to respond to your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). We retain enquiry data until the matter is resolved, then delete it unless longer retention is required by law.

5. Email delivery

We use Web3Forms to process contact form submissions and deliver them to our inbox. Web3Forms receives your name, email address, and message content as a data processor. No data is stored permanently on Web3Forms servers beyond delivery. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.

6. Analytics

This website uses Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Vercel Inc. It collects anonymous, aggregated data about page views, referrers, countries, and devices. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors across sessions. No IP addresses are stored. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in understanding how our website is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). See Vercel Analytics privacy policy.

7. Fonts

All fonts used on this website are self-hosted. No requests are made to external font services (such as Google Fonts) when you load our pages. No personal data is transmitted to third parties for font delivery.

8. SSL/TLS encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption (identifiable by the lock icon and “https://” in your browser). Data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted and cannot be read by third parties.
